The Experience Institute is one of the most innovative schools to enter education. Their philosophy expands on innovations from Stanford’s d.School and pushes students towards apprenticeship. I was already on contract with Ei so while coaching these students and teaching courses in Visual Storytelling, it was a natural yes when asked to ideate and shoot their new nationwide marketing campaign. We expanded on their founding visual ideas of using a traditional desk, an icon of education, and bringing it out onto the streets of Chicago.
