Documenting every part of Stranahan’s Whiskey, Colorado’s first legal distillery.

This multi week project turned into a multi year relationship. Many friendships were formed and last to this day from this assignment. The Made Shop hired me to tell the visual story of Stranahan’s Whiskey for an all-encompassing book that told the story of Colorado’s oldest legal distillery. This involved photographing the hard workers on the floor, the product, community events, and the outdoor Colorado lifestyle. Over many weeks I was brought from the basement to the rooftop of the distillery, back and forth through Denver, and to the most picturesque locations in the Rocky Mountains.
